“Patient's parent”
Did not return calls made by hospital or patient same day of surgery. First call was about dressing, second call was about a prescription that could not be filled. The hospital had to issue a new prescription while juvenile patient rode in care back and forth instead of being at home in bed. On call doctor, per answering service, also did not call. Ridiculous.
