I have had this doctor treat me for a simple issue but he has failed to be successful. I have to write this review despite the fact that I did not actually take my son to see Dr. Nguyen. I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by my son's primary care doctor, but when I called to make an appointment I just got a busy signal. I called again with the same result. About half an hour later I called back, spoke to a receptionist who put me on hold while she connected me to Dr. Nguyen's office. After spending about 10 minutes waiting I hung up and called back.
