My experience this morning was very pleasant. When I arrived, I signed in. I had completed all the documents a few days before virtually, which was extremely helpful. I didn’t have to fill out any documents at all. When I arrived the office staff was very friendly. the ENT was down to earth and listened to my concerns. when I went for the hearing test with the audiologist, She provided me with exactly what was going to happen and clear directions on what I was supposed to do. There was not a lot of waiting around time which I really love because I hate wasting time sitting in an office, but everything seem to move very quickly and on time .I am definitely satisfied and would totally recommend this office location to any friends and family. Thanks again!
