Experience was peaceful. Since it was cardiac related, urgent vs routine, I was reassured and felt like my questions and concerns were answered, and future plans were reasonable and expected.

My visit was scheduled with a different provider however, she called in sick and at first I was upset because I came all the way from Chicago just for this appointment. I received a text message a few hours earlier saying that they're excited to see me and look forward to our visit. So, when the staff heard all this they told Dr. WONG and he said that he would go ahead and see me. I was happy to hear this and appreciated his commitment to his patient. I would've been very disappointed if I was turned away without seeing anyone, especially when I cut my vacation short and traveled on a train for 2 days. All went well and I went home a happy camper. Thank you!

Dr Wong is an incredible cardiologist. Very caring, personable, has a great sense of humor and cares very much for his patients. He's open and honest with me and likes that I listen to his advise. He's an awesome Dr.

I have had good visits, the office staff was prompt, polite, friendly and helpful.Visit with physician was timely, questions posed and answered. Appointment for a lab test scheduled and when that would be. Return appointment scheduled.

Everyone was very polite and professional. The front-desk folks were super. I gave her some cartoons to give to kids that may come to their area.
