From start to finish this was so pleasant. I had to bring my 84 year old mom as a new patient; the staff were incredibly patient and kind to her. The office is so clean and pretty, we felt very comfortable here. We look forward to being a new patient, and referring many others as well.

I hate the dentist. It is usually an awful experience, so much so that it has taken me years to come back to the dentist. Dr Fredericks and her staff makes it a pleasant experience. Time spent and thoughtfulness for their patients is much appreciated. I needed a lot of work done and it was explained to me in detail and we were able to divide up the work. Glad I made the choice to choose Dr Fredricks as my dentist.

Jackie, the office manager is so sweet and takes time to check in with me at my appt to ensure all is well. Kelly, the receptionist, is so welcoming and asks how my day has been ( unlike any other appointments)! The assistants and hygienist do an incredible job to ensure I am a happy patient! And getting crowns on the front teeth I broke in a fall went just as quickly and smoothly as knew it would. Her staff are super nice and helpful, and Dr.Fredricks got the job done perfectly...I now have two perfect new front teeth!

This was my first root canal and i was very apprehensive before the procedure. Everyone has heard those nightmare stories of pain etc and i was not looking forward to it. well, i was given plenty of novocain and i have to say it was a totally pain free experience!! It wasnt much different than getting a filling done. Dr. Fredericks and her team are friendly, experienced and professional. I have been coming here for many years and have always gotten great results with my crowns and other work done.

However, today she really impressed me when I came in for a tooth that I broke she examined the tooth, gums, and xray. She realized that I what I needed was a better Xray so she referred me to a root canal specialist in the building. He took the Xray and concluded that Susan was right and that I did indeed need a root canal. Susan Fredericks made sure I was seen the same day and that I got the necessary work done. She knows when she can do something and she also knows and is not afraid to admit when a certain procedure is best done by another dentist (specialist); and for that I have great respect and trust for her. I have been going to Dr. Fredericks since I was a kid and she and everyone provide the best experience. Everyone is very helpful and great at explaining the whole process step by step. Only if I move out of Los Angeles would I get a new dentist.

Dr. Fredericks was an absolute breath of fresh air. I had previously gone to a different dentist who told me I needed all this work done that was going to cost me right around $2000, I did not feel like I needed all that work as I really did not feel any pain or have any complaints. I went in for a cleaning!!! I decided to get a second opinion and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Fredericks did a complete exam and told me almost none of that was necessary. She is amazing and honest and I am now a forever patient.

Dr. Fredericks herself was thorough, clear, and actually quite a delight to talk to. She gave a clear diagnosis and fixed a problem I had been dealing with for years. She immediately knew the issue and solved it swiftly and quickly! The less time in the chair for me, the better. She knew intuitively that I was nervous and reassured me the whole time. And I have to say, I actually had a little fun.

She is honest, a perfectionist, and overall very gentle I had to ask if she had already administered the numbing shot, (she already had every time). I have had multiple past experiences with OTHER dentists who after a while become hungry and bored with their profession and thus becoming less honest. NOT WITH DOCTOR SUSAN FREDERICK!! She is the best in the business; myself and my three family members will only be coming back to her and her team. THE BEST!!!! Sincerely, a truly happy patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Fredericks for a long time and have always received the best dental care. I recently had dental implant surgery and an "all on four" denture place on my top arch. Love it!! It was a difficult denture to get get accustomed to. Dr Fredericks was very supportive, met me on the weekends and did work at no charge to make sure I was was satisfied. I would recommend her for any dentistry, especially for complicated procedures. She is awesome!!

When I was younger I went to the dentist in the UK, they automatically pulled my teeth & feared the dentist ever since. When I called the office the sweet receptionist Stephanie took me in & made me feel comfortable scheduling. When I met the Dr. she was very well informed & made me feel good, she didnt push me to do things I didnt want to. I definitely will be coming back. The whole office is great!!!
