“While the front desk staff and n...”
While the front desk staff and nursing team were very kind and efficient, our experience with the physician was disappointing. We came seeking a specialist's insight into specific testing (FRAT) and potential trials (leucovorin) for our son's speech delay and possible apraxia. Unfortunately, the doctor was unfamiliar with this research and dismissive of our concerns, even spending time during the appointment to Google the studies we referenced only to quickly discredit them. Furthermore, her bedside manner with young children was lacking; she showed little patience for our kids' reactions and made the environment feel unwelcoming. If you are looking for a provider who is open to discussing newer research or who has a gentle approach with neurodivergent children, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
