“Provided reviewed a PET scan of ...”

Provided reviewed a PET scan of a thyroid lump and scheduled an ultrasound. He discussed the option of ultrasound and biopsy and recommended ultrasound first which I agreed with. He gave me plenty of time to ask questions and answered them well.
