Dr Ort listened carefully and diagnosed my ailment as benign positional vertigo. After using a positional technique and an ossilator (sp)? My terrible vertigo was gone. He was very patient and kind Thru out my visit I will be referring him to my friends and family .

Was praying and hoping that this newly acquired vertigo would be able to be diagnosed and controlled because it was really wreaking havoc and honestly, it was getting truly depressing. I knew it was going take some time to try different things but I was really very happy to know it had a specific name and I feel so much better and very much more confident! about so I’m just not gonna have some vertigo somewhere and now I have to try to figure out how the heck I’m going to get home! I had an incredibly great experience and was lucky to have somebody that understood what I was experiencing. I really am grateful! I know not everyone can always get the answers they seek but I really was lucky to have Dr Ort’s great skills and to have had such great care! Thank you

My experience started with Barbara when I called the doctor only line in error. Instead of telling me “not my job” or “wrong department” she helped me with a same day appointment! From there it was efficient and pleasant check in and then the nurse had great feedback assuring me coming today was a good thing because Dr Ort will help you. Dr Ort was one of the nicest doctors I’ve encountered in a long time. Explained EVERYTHING. Listened and replied to all concerns, I even told him how great the staff are and how pleasant an experience this has been. This is the way to run a medical practice. I certainly felt cared for.

Dr. Ort honestly saved my summer. I fell victim to the perilous clutch of moving water at Sesame Place which caused my ear canal to be impacted. He cleaned everything out, took like 8 minutes in all. He was kind, not an alarmist and provided excellent care.
