Dr. Pearlman performed rhinoplasty and much needed septoplasty on me at age 15. At first I was very nervous but from arriving at the office to lying down on the operating table, the Dr Pearlman and his staff were very kind and professional. After that, I was not nervous at all. About 6 months after the procedure my nose is looking fantastic and I am able to breath after years of struggling. I would totally recommend this office for any treatment to others and I would come back for any other procedures if needed. Dr. Pearlman is amazing.

Overall i am very happy with my results. Surgery went very quick and i had the easiest recovery ever. I love my nose! Immediately after surgery when the cast was removed, my nose was upturned. I mean "up to the sky, ms. piggy' nose. For 8 weeks this was the case and to me, was not pretty. But, Nurse Ross was patient with my questions and alleviated my concerns. Sure enough, my nose gradually came down. By week 11 my nose looks normal and fantastic! Also went for consultation for nose job (I had already 2 surgeries). He said, my nose fits my look. He could do some small corrections but he cant guarantee a natural look.

The Madonna lift was non-invasive and has made a big difference in the area around my eyes. I am not a candidate for Botox and I have found the Madonna lift to be an excellent substitute.
The Voluma has restored the youthful shape of my face and I love it!
