I have had only good experiences when I see medical specialists through Providence.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and intuitive. He seemed attuned to the subtleties involved when gathering information from me about medical events and procedures that happened decades ago and piecing them together to form potential diagnoses. The doctor did not make me feel rushed, but my own knowledge that the appointment was supposed to be short (15 minutes) added pressure and probably affected my thought process adversely in regards to giving the doctor full information about the history of my condition(s). This is not a criticism of the provider or staff; just an observation.

Dr. Olsen is the best doctor ever but, unfortunately, he is the only ENT doctor in Hood River so if he is on vacation there is no one to take his place. We need another ENT doctor to help out with his load!!!!!
