Dr. Olsen spent much more time than I had expected, and thoroughly examined my ear issue. He then had his staff call and make an appointment with and audiologist who could see me within a week, and made another appointment in his office the day following the test. Efficient! Excellent care!

I was so impressed with the amount of chart review and knowledge of my chronic condition that the specialist, Dr Olson showed. I felt very seen and respected. I was disappointed that he did not have a quick fix for my chronic condition but I really trusted and respected him and his knowledge.
