I was impressed when I first called to set up care as a new patient, there wasn't a wait and the schedulers were all knowledgeable and very helpful. When I arrived in person the receptionist was also great at communicating, friendly, and helpful. The MA was exceptional and personable. Dr. Healen spoke with my husband and I for roughly 45 minutes. Being a new patient I am very comfortable with my new cardiology team. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable from the beginning to the end.

Dr. Steven Healan has been amazing and has been a trusted resource for our family but Providence as a whole and the rest of our Providence experience by in large has not been great especially when it comes to PCP needs! Specialized care has been great. You guys suck at the PCP level!
