this was my initial visit after ER visit to review next care if needed. The review was detailed yet comforting conversation on my history and the event. The care/ testing/ outcome provided was encouraging and kind.

“I was a walk-in and new to Nurse...”

I was a walk-in and new to Nurse Pryor, presenting with ear pain that had persisted. She listened carefully to my history with this problem. She examined me thoroughly and admitted there were no apparent signs of infection. Yet she acknowledged my symptoms and prescribed treatment, inviting me to check back before a 2-week follow-up if needed. Nurse Pryor was clearly invested in my recovery.
