“I am still left with concerns ab...”

I am still left with concerns about the "place" on my surgical cut that has not healed. I do not think I asked the right questions of the doctor, so that is my fault. The visit went so quickly, I could not think of what to ask. Maybe the doctor could have given me more information about the "place" and why it is not healing, what happened to cause it, what to expect in the future, what it is called, how often it happens, so I was not left wondering. Even if I did not ask the questions.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. It's just the wait time that was extremely disappointing, especially when I had other appointments that day.

UVA definitely should pride themselves on their excellent doctors! Dr. Sook C Hoang, MD is by far in my opinion, the Dr of the YEAR and probably years to come!

While I was quite upset about my diagnosis, Dr. Hoang was very supportive, informative and reassuring that I was at the right place to be treated for my condition. My surgery was scheduled immediately and a lot of information provided to help me through the process.
