Dr, Ghossaini is wonderful. However, I do not like the new method of getting in contact with the office since the merge. I like to call the office directly when I have an issue with my appointment or need to contact the Dr.

“Easy and efficient”

Dr. Ghossaini is very calm, professional, and communicative. When she gave me medical options, she gave it in a way that reminded me it’s how I feel that’s important and that my decision is the right decision- it’s empowering as a patient and I appreciate that.

“Extremely nice and informative”

She made jokes with Me which is very important and had a calming effect on Me . Schedule was 11:15 and I was seen at that time even though I was a new patient . Staff extremely helpful and informative.
