“Appt with Dr. Itagaki-he didn't ...”

Appt with Dr. Itagaki-he didn't know reason for appt. He thought it was just to review Heart scan. I asked if he was ok to have surgery the next day for a stent that was misplaced in his leg. He assured me he was good to go. That evening we get a call saying there was a miscommunication and now he wants him to have a heart Cath first. So information was not relayed correctly and it was a waste of time. Less than 24 hours before surgery and it was cancelled. Plus we already put a deposit in for surgery, paid Dr. Fees for both appts. Frustrated!!!

Dr. & Assistant entered introducing themselves and then reassured me that surgery wasn't necessary lifting a huge stress factor.
