I'm extremely happy with my Primary care physician. In fact, we are at the end of a journey dealing with an almost 3 year long set of injuries that I got from an elevator. He believed and trusted when I asked for additional medication, we worked together to manage my needs and move me through the process of recovery from surgery, PT, additional surgery, and other setbacks until this week when I told him I'm now ready to adjust medications back to levels prior to the incidents, and in fact to remove additional medication's that I was taking for many years.I actually expressed my gratitude for him sticking with me through the entire process as my former Primary care physicia's Response was to put me through drug treatment to take me off all opiates when I needed rotator cuff surgery in both shoulders.My experience without exception has been wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. Most of the people I've met there have been delightful to deal with.

Dr. Desai fit me in to her clinic as an urgent add-on w/in a few days of appointment request. I was very grateful to be seen so quickly and care/referrals delivered efficiently.

I wasn't expecting to have a procedure during this visit but I did. Dr Desai and her medical assistant were wonderful and made the procedure happen very efficiently. Dr Desai's bedside manner was excellent- she explained everything she was doing as it was happening and was very respectful & compassionate. I also appreciated her frank discussion of my options going forward and left with the information I need to make future decisions.

She was attentive to what I said. She didn't try to tell me what to do regarding my care. She gave me options and let me decide what to do. Then, she supported my decision. She showed me imaging from my ultrasound and performed a biopsy the same day. She was kind and knowledgeable. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that her eyes were not focused on my face. She seemed to be looking at my chest a lot. That was pretty awkward.
