Dr. Kreitlow was professional, gave excellent explanations and took my concerns seriously. At the same time, she was kind and caring; it felt as though she had been my doctor for several years.I have already recommended her to others.

I did not like the way she was so dismissive toward me describing what an emergency room doctor had told me about an mri. I also did not appreciate the tone she spoke to me with, or the way she treated me as though I don't know how my body feels or my physiology. I'm also not even sure I want to keep my follow up appointment because of how she treated me.

I was very impressed by Dr Kreitlow. I was worried about the appointment, but she put my mind at ease. She explained everything as we went along and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Will never recommend her! She was rude and short! She brushed off any of my concerns and was a horrible listener! Everything was awful about my visit with this doctor!!!
