HE makes sure to take the time to explain what is going on and what they have to do, not just to me, but my daughter as well. When my daughter is nervous he takes the time to calm her down and make her feel more comfortable. He not only tells what is going on, he also tells us what to expect and how to take care of problems that might occur. He makes my daughter laugh and makes her happy while he is treating her and that is very important to me.
