We accept many insurance plans. Once you provide us with the necessary dental insurance information we can verify eligibility and determine an estimate of benefits. When services are rendered you will be asked to pay your estimated co-payment. We will file your dental insurance claim and reconcile payment with your account. While we make every effort to estimate benefits correctly some insurance carriers guidelines are not accurate for the Arnold, MO area and small differences may occur. When this happens you will either be billed or credited for the difference.
