From the moment I walked into the office, I was comfortable and encouraged. Shion at the front desk was very welcoming and helped iron out an insurance issue (of my own making). Kaelen Clark, the NP, spent a great deal of time with me, listened carefully, and was knowledgeable about how treatments might interact with my other medications, which inspired confidence. I left the office with a clear treatment plan and buoyed spirits. Great experience.
