Dr. Quade is wonderful, I felt seen and heard. She lowered the stool she was sitting on and we sat knee to knee and looked into each others eyes. I felt she wanted to make sure I understood what she was explaining to me. If she's as good a surgeon as she is a listener I am in good hands!
