“Dr. Ridley when above and beyond...”

Dr. Ridley when above and beyond a normal call of duty to see to it that I was comfortable, and that I made it safely to my next appointment a couple of buildings over. Because there was no security driver available to drive me there, Dr. Ridley drove me himself. I was extremely thankful and impressed because it was raining and I was not accustomed to using a walker much less using a walker with an umbrella across your campus.

After the hearing test he successfully adjusted which greatly improved my hearing. Explained and demonstrated the different functions and adjustments my hearing aid was capable of.

Dr. Ridley was recommended by another of his patients as well as I used the Methodist referral system. Dr. Ridley is a great communicator. He explained the multiple options we would look at to determine the cause of my issues and he immediately put his plan into motion. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
