“Dr. Ridley when above and beyond...”

Dr. Ridley when above and beyond a normal call of duty to see to it that I was comfortable, and that I made it safely to my next appointment a couple of buildings over. Because there was no security driver available to drive me there, Dr. Ridley drove me himself. I was extremely thankful and impressed because it was raining and I was not accustomed to using a walker much less using a walker with an umbrella across your campus.

Dr Ridley was very thorough in looking through my test records and explaining his diagnosis. His positive energy and empathy put me at ease right away. He's a great listener and sincere in his concern for the patient which is a nice balance with his high level of expertise and experience.
