I came to Dr Couvillion for an explant/lift. After two other consultations that recommended one surgery for the explant/lift, Dr Couvillion approached my case with much more precaution. Since I had 800cc implants, he suggested I break my surgery into two parts because of the risk of skin retraction (since I had such big implants). I wasn't too thrilled to hear his suggestion, but I was convinced he was the one when wouldn't budge from his recommendation, even with my lack of enthusiasm in listening to his concerns. He wasn't willing to give me an "okay lets just do one surgery" just to take my money. I'm so glad I listened to him and went with his recommendation, because here I am after my second surgery and I am so, so, so happy with my symmetrical results! His demeanor is also one that's rare to come across in a plastic surgeon. He treats you like a friend who he wants to educate regarding his expertise. 1000% recommended!
