“I'm not real knowledgeable when ...”

I'm not real knowledgeable when it comes to technology. Had trouble connecting and had visual but no sound so Dr. Franco called my cell phone allowing us to have sound with the visual. Don't know what I did wrong but I liked having the convenience of a virtual visit.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Franco and am so grateful to her for listening, providing thorough explanations in a kind and digestible manner, listing options, and making me feel heard and cared for. The whole team was also wonderful, including the front desk staff. There was someone new working at the desk who was doing great and was exceptionally kind as well as the team member helping her
