“phenominal !”

Dr Dade took his time with me explaining what's wrong and how we can fix it, which happened methodically until my headaches of many years, disappeared.
The wait time was very short
Reminders were sent regularly
The staff is very knwoledgeable and courteous

“Relieved upper back pain and aching resulting from motor vehicle accident”

I initially came to see Dr. Dade due to pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. After prescribing Medrol, which relieved 50% of my pain, he referred me to chiropractor, Dr. Eric Terrell, who treated me for 18 months. That relieved 80% of my pain, and I still had upper back aches, which Dr. Dade treated with two anesthesia blocks. I am grateful to Dr. Dade for relieving my pain. Thank you!!!

“If you have chronic pain and want relief, Dr. Dade is your answer!”

Dr. Dade is an amazing physician. He has the ability to listen to your actual concerns and issues then create a plan to address your needs. I had awful knee pain that was compromising my mobility and after two treatments, I was back exercising and living my life without constant worry about my knees and the pain associated with simply moving around. Dr. Dade is very personable and knowledgeable and gave me my active life back!
