Dr. McCullem is a native of mid-Missouri. While she studied in Jacksonville, Florida, she returned to the Midwest in 2008 to begin her practice at JCMG. She is married to Jon and has three children (Hannah, Claire & Henry). She enjoys many activities including running, reading, church events and traveling.
