I was very happy with my visit with this doctor, it was my first, and I'm very disappointed that he is retiring. I felt that he listened to me and I wished I remembered all that I wanted to ask. I hope the next doctor is as informative And caring.

I am sorry to hear Dr. Wark will be leaving due to retirement. I have very special needs and Dr. Wark was a GREAT advocate for me. I am VERY worried that the "new" doctor won't understand how severe my needle phopia is and therefore won't be as willing to "go the extra step" to make sure I get the care I need.
