He received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Thompson completed a medical internship at Harvard's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Thompson completed fellowship training with the Corneal Consultants of Indiana. He has served our country as a member of the United States Army at Fort Riley and Fort Hood, performing LASIK and PRK laser vision correction surgery for our soldeirs. He performs cataract surgery, pterygia removal, and cornea transplants.
