“Dr. Eager's rapport and empathy ...”

Dr. Eager's rapport and empathy was very good during the visit. When he realized I had a significant concern, he let me control the conversation and made sure I had all my questions answered. I liked that he stated his opinion directly without filtering or weasel words. I hope he can be my pcp for a while!
