Dr Chao is outstanding. Although he didn't give me the answer I wanted, his explanation was based on the latest research, clear, and well thought out. He obviously had my health foremost in mind. I would recommend him to anyone. BTW, he previously recommended a great retinologist who I still see regularly.

Clone Him! Keep him! Pay Him whatever he wants. Pay the office staff more. Although he references his computer. He didn't stare at it with his back to me. He looked at me, made eye contact. I almost started to cry bc it had been so long since a physician exuded an empathy that said they were there for me. And actually listened. He also came off as incredibly intelligent. This doctor know his stuff.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chao. His calming demeanor immediately put me at ease. He had a wonderful bedside manner. I can't say enough good things about him. I have absolutely no complaints. I wish all my doctors (which I have many) were as caring & concerned as he is.

Dr. Chao told me that the instructions the hospital gave me were incorrect. I was pleasantly surprised by his candor.
