Dr. Aihara was not the first Surgeon I visited. the first one whose name I will not mention but probably should was arrogant and not the least bit willing to answer my questions or concerns just wanted to get me in for surgery immediately. Dr. Aihara was caring, concerned and informative. She first explained everything she was going to do and listened, made certain she understood and answered everyone of my questions in a non hurried and confident manner. Her staff is also great!
