Dr. Song has always had great bedside manner every time I've been seen by him. He listens to me and explains details about my symptoms, when applicable, that help me understand what's going on. That was no different at this most recent visit.

Dr Song is great. He listens, understands and responds clearly and calmly. Never rushes. He is also funny if he picks up that vibe from you and that makes this unpleasant field (for the pt) much easier. I've never felt embarrassed or like just another number. I'm so happy to have a doctor that I am 100% confident in. Very comforting feeling.
