Everyone is always courteous, professional, and efficient. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment so the office followed their protocol and marked me as a "no show" right before I walked in - they explained what happened and worked quickly to get me checked in. Thank you for the extra work, and I'll make sure not to be late again (or call once I know it'll be more than a couple of minutes past the appointment time). Thank you!!
