“I have struggled to get answers ...”

I have struggled to get answers for my symptoms for more than 25 years, and often felt doctors either didn't believe me or didn't care to try and find solutions for me. Dr. Lau was the first time I really felt seen or heard when discussing my pain symptoms.

Dr lau was amazing! He was very thorough and took his time getting to know me and my concerns. He explained my options and answered my questions so openly and honestly. He made me feel like he really wanted to get to know my situation to give me the best diagnosis He did not rush me at all. He took his time. He was a very caring doctor and I'm lucky he is part of my healthcare team
