“Great Mckenzie Method PT”
After two years of ineffectual PT, epidural steroids and countless shots and pills I was referred to Raymond Peralta. He got right to the point and gave me the relief I needed.
Exercises were explained and demonstrated and within weeks I was pain free. Be prepared to invest some time in performing and repeating the exercises and you will get the same results with him. 6 months after my last PT visit, I do 5 exercises, twice a day and remain pain-free. What a blessing!
