Grateful for the time he spent with me, and yet I am still uncertain of which area to tackle with initial non-invasive treatments. Don't recall about Tenex...what kind of treatment is that? I will search the website. Also not sure what is meant by orthobiological intervention. What is the Lumbar MBB that would be before RFA ? (I am aware of what the RFA is).

I had been told that surgery would be required, but Dr. Desai offered an alternative that not only gave me good results with the carpel tunnel, but mitigated the arthritis pain. Not going under the knife meant less recovery time, less pain, and less trauma. Desai helps the body to heal itself, a sane approach!

I was dealing with extreme neck pain that went on for three weeks. It wasn't getting better with heat or ice. I made the decision to seek assistance from Dr. Desai at RestorePDX. He did an examination and ordered imaging. I found out I have arthritis in my neck. Dr. Desai determined an injection in my neck would assist in making my neck feel better. I have dealt with lumbar and cervical spine pain for years and was recommended I schedule an appointment at Restorepdx by a friend who had a stem cell procedure. It was recommended that I have prolotheropy injections to relieve the pain I've been having. “Very pleased with my low back stem cell procedure!”
The end of July I had the stem cell procedure for my lower back. I've been experiencing extreme lower back pain that would radiate to my hips...it limited my life a lot. It's only been 8 weeks since then, but I'm already feeling better, moving better and am so happy with my results so far. Just had my follow up Zoom appointment with Dr. Desai; I really appreciate his concern and care. He listens to what I say and I have a lot of confidence in his abilities. Highly recommend him to anyone needing some relief. I just wish I would have done this sooner.
