“I have been seeing this provider...”
I have been seeing this provider for +/- 25 years and they have consistently been the only physician I have that listens to my concerns, takes me seriously, and communicates with me. I have never had to leave their office wondering what "x" means, or how any specific treatment will affect me because it's been addressed up front (even when I have an off-the-wall concern) and it's never done in a condescending manner. This is highly unusual in our current medical climate and it is much appreciated.
