“Awful Doctor”
If I could give zero stars I would. One of the most unfeeling, insensitive doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Radon used to be part of the practice that I use (whom I love!). I was pregnant with twins and, because you never know who is going to be on call when you go into labor, I wanted to establish a relationship with all the doctors in the practice. “Charges for 2 appts when you only had 1”
Was a patient for 3 years when at my last annual I thought I had an infection so they swabbed me. I got a bill that said I hadn't paid my copay. When I faxed my receipt they called my home, work and cell within 30 minutes to say that I had been charged for 2 visits because the swab should have been a separate appt. They also told me how lucky I was that they let me do the swab and didn't make me come back.
