I experienced SSNHL coupled w severe tinnitus-which I had no experience or knowledge of. It was quite disruptive to my daily life, and very concerning, as well. Dr. Bell explained to me the known science/ study of this phenomenon and how he would treat me. He sent me for an MRI (assuring me he expected the results would be fine, it was precautionary). MRI wa a good, and treatment remedied the hearing loss and tinnitus within 2 weeks! I am so grateful, and relieved. I had a great experience with the practice-even the techs who administered my hearing tests were so kind and positive.

Dr Bell was a time. He didn’t rush me. Did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. My only issue would be the front desk/reception area. This is my second time in the office. While checking in and out the ladies at the front desk were unprofessional and rude. Today I was told to wait for a referral to print out. That I would be called when it was ready. After 20 minutes I asked them to check. The woman cursed and then went and found it in the bottom of the printer with several other documents on top of it. While I was being checked in the women was eating her breakfast. I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was chewing. Very poor first impression the front desk is giving. Both doctors I have seen here were great. It’s unfortunate that the people representing the office when you walk in ruin it.

When he came into the room he had already reviewed my chart from my regular ent they are affiliated same multigroup passed the scope in my nose said yes you do have a sinus infection he was very kind. Called in antibiotic The whole experience even the front desk was very kind the office itself needs some refurbishing but thats about all

After going to a regular doctor and a neurologist and having an MRI Due to headaches that lasted for five weeks, and being told it was sinus issues by the radiology department, came to Dr. Bell and not only did he rule out sinus issue as cause, but figured out that the issue was stemming from the neck! I am so grateful to him for figuring out the cause of the problem when no one else could
