“About 1y ago saw this provider f...”

About 1y ago saw this provider for an acutely painful condition which I could not treat myself. He immediately diagnosed the problem, found the best splint online for me and gave me a Tx plan. W/in a few weeks, problem solved and I was able to resume playing my musical instrument. I am still grateful to this very day, was a big deal!
