“I felt like I wasn't being heard...”

I felt like I wasn't being heard. I was trying to explain to her how she should read my entire labs verses just my tyriod labs because it can point to clues as to the overall picture. She didn't even want to consider or look at it. I fact she told me to consult a kidney specialist. She was more, in my opinion, text book than personal. She wanted to be right verses being concerned about my health. I am going to seek a second opinion.
