“Easy Going Professional”

An excellent Professional who gave me an overview of my procedure, based on my condition. He asked me to repeat back what I understood and explained how the procedure would take place, how long it would take and post-procedure requirements. He made me feel extremely comfortable about the whole situation; outpatient surgery.
