More info: We're membership-based, which means we don't accept any insurance (other than Culinary Health Fund). Have you ever had a gym membership? It’s works like that, except the person who signs you up isn’t going to ask you if you’re ready to “get totally ripped.” It breaks down to $80/month if you’re 18 and older, and kids ages 0-17 cost just $60/month. We love when families sign up, so to show it, we offer family discounts. $149 for couples, and $50 for additional kids.)
