Dr Garcia and her Office Manager Claudia are amazing. They listen, care and help you with figuring out how to feel better. I'm past menopause but still want to feel good and look good. I'm a personal trainer struggling with muscle loss and ability to sustain a good weight. Not because I'm not eating well or exercising, because my body lacks the hormones to get me back to where I should be. Now i'm taking the hormone pellets, eating on the Optiva Meal Plan and taking a special shake to help regulate my blood sugar.
I highly recommend booking an appointment to get your life back too.
