From a new patient's point-of-view, it would have been great if instead of having a multitude of forms that all seem to ask for the same data, if you just collected base information like name, address, phone number, etc. just once. Plus, if it could be done on-line, that would have been awesome. Just seems a bit odd that that in today's world of technology, we have to write the exact same information no less than 4 times.

Dr. Prater is the most fabulous dentist out there! He has seen my son ( who has autism) since he was little and now he is 15. He always takes his time with him but works fast! He has worked inside his mouth when he barely opens it and has been willing to try in the office instead of going straight to anesthesia and the hospital. Our older 2 kids went to Dr. Prater until they were in their upper teens- and he still asks about them. His team and their care has meant more to us than they will ever know. Thank you!

Dr. Prater and his team are wonderful! They understand and communicate well with kids of all ages and temperaments. My kiddos have been coming to them since they got their very first tooth and have no fears of the dentist! They have even had fillings w/o tears! Way to go, guys!
