“He's attentive, a good listener ...”

He's attentive, a good listener and is willing to answer my questions. I will be very sorry to move away and not be able to take him with me to continue to be my care provider. He made sure that I would have everything that I need for my next provider to have the information they would need. Thank you so much for the years that you have taken care of me. You'll never know how much I appreciate it.
