He went over my recent TIA and tests carefully with me to make sure I understood a lot of the medical terminology. He wants to do some additional testing which he escorted me to the desk of his scheduler before leaving. I must say I was impressed.

Dr. TYagi is among the best specialists I have ever had in my adult life. He is the pulmonolgist who at last connected all the dots in a decades long history of my suffering through bouts of acute bronchitis. Sometimes twice yearly as triggered for the most part by seasonal allergens. Through prescribing specific as needed medications, these have truly worked for the last year without a dreaded recurrence of my respiratory Issue. It gives me much needed reassurance as well that he sees me regardless of being symptom free spring and fall, and that we have a plan in place to secure an appointment whenever the next bout might occur to not let it get ahead of me. Expert in what he does, a fantastic listener and diagnostician, who is also personable and down-to-earth confident in his demeanor, I cannot praise him enough. He came recommended to me by a clinician whose mother was under his care. Word of mouth still counts.
