Dr. Rolnik does not contract with insurance companies so is considered an out-of-network physician. Payment for visits and procedures is expected at the time of visit. Her office staff processes insurance claims and if her patients have met their out-of-network deductible they will receive reimbursement based on each insurance plans contracted rates. In our experience, some insurance companies pay 60-90% of the physician service fees. It is best for patients to contact their insurance carrier for details about coverage for out-of-network physicians.
