Dr Kaplatz actually listens to you, asks a lot of pertainent questions, genuinely seems to care about you and is very careful about medications and your own personal reactions to them. She explains all information to you like you are an intelligent person and does not talk down to you. Her physican skills impressed me but her personalit and 'bedside manner" are excellent as well.
