“This was by far the best experie...”

This was by far the best experience I have had. Dr. Bertsch has great bedside manner. She explained everything to me and was patient with me during my questions. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed or like I was just another person. I would recommended her and her staff to anyone!

Dr. Bertsch took the time to understand my background and I felt that she listened, and provided very helpful and useful feedback. She took an immediate action and created a plan based off my history, lab results, and tests. I didn't have to wait and wonder what the next steps would be since she outlined a detailed plan and explained it to me. I highly recommend her!
